Responsibilities

The Salesman / Estimator will provide commercial roofing formal bids and / or budgets through interpreting plans, specifications, performing take-offs and estimating job costs. The salesman / estimator will be in direct communication with clients and their representatives to ensure that our estimates meet their needs and requirements.

• Completing bid opportunities in an efficient and accurate manner
• Understanding job specific plan sets and specifications
• Keeping up to date information in Salesforce platform
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Roofing knowledge is a must
• EDGE knowledge is a plus
• Bluebeam or take-off software
• Provide options for roofing systems to customers
• Perform roof inspections as required.
• Attend business development events

Compensation

• Competitive wage based on industry standard, skill set and location
• $65,000 - $90,000 DOE
• Commissions
• Bonuses
