Full description of the position

When will you work? * The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00 pm. Onsite in our Lexington, KY pharmacy. What you 'll do: * Working with other Account Managers and Territory Managers, to promote Equine products to veterinarians with the goal of achieving sales growth. * Answer incoming calls, managing the set-up of new accounts, maintain relevant information for each account. * Contact veterinarians and patients to obtain information necessary to fill prescriptions * Resolve customer issues regarding service, products, delivery and account information in a timely, accurate and professional manner * Coordinates to follow up with sales activities/inquiries that come into the pharmacy. * Quotes prices and provides information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates. * Provides customers with product information. * Develop and manage customer relationships with targeted veterinarians focusing on the promotion of pharmaceutical products. * Demonstrates thorough knowledge of equine pharmaceutical products and competitor products to further educate veterinarians and our customers * Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, shipping details and protocols of the pharmacy * Direct phone calls and messages to the appropriate employee or department * Obtain billing information * Continuously update files of veterinarians and patients * Assist in the training of new employees when necessary * Other duties as assigned Who you are: * Self-motivated: Bring a strong work ethic. * Problem Solver: You are a natural problem solver who likes to dig in and work through roadblocks. * A Great Teammate: Ask questions and learn from the team as well provide supervisor customer service. * Superb Communicator - Fantastic written and verbal communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information.
