About the Role: We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to serve the I-75 corridor south of Lexington , including Richmond, Berea, Corbin, London, Somerset, and Manchester and all regions in between. The ideal candidate will live in this area and enjoy building relationships with businesses across industries such as restaurants, schools, healthcare, and entertainment. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while pursuing new opportunities. * Plan and maintain a route for timely visits to customer sites. * Ensure reliable transportation to meet customers regularly. * Report to the Lexington office 2-3 days per week for meetings and updates. Requirements: * Valid driver 's license and reliable transportation. * 2-3 years of outside sales experience preferred. * Strong communication and active listening skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle rejection professionally. * Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Compensation: This position is commission-based , with most representatives earning $60,000+ per year. Qualified candidates will receive a paid training program lasting 8 to 12 weeks.
