As a Sales Team Member, you will receive the training you need to help set you up for success and excel in your position. Responsibilities * Assist with customer needs, concerns and provide the best customer care possible * Expand product knowledge and required Manufacturer online certifications * Stay abreast into changing inventory * Communicate with customers in person and over multi-channel technology platforms * Follow-up with prospects and clients * Serve customers with a high level of service to build and maintain business and satisfaction levels * Advocate for customer needs while maintaining business objectives The ideal candidate for the role is an independent self-starter with excellent communication and critical thinking skills. The right candidate will be able to provide the highest customer care possible and apply it to their daily tasks and interactions. This person must be able to excel at communication, and deliver high-quality results. Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to perform under pressure and time constraints are critical.
