This is a COMMISSION ONLY and in-house position in California. You will be working from our office in North Hollywood, CA 91606 Must have 5 or more years in telecommunications/telemarketing experience or a DRE License.

Responsibilities

:

• Manage relationships and respond to leads generated from outbound sales campaigns.
• Request borrower loan packages to submit to underwriting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and relationship management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the private lending industry.
• Make outbound sales calls

Qualifications

Requirements

:

• DRE and/or NMLS License OR 3 Years Telemarketing/Sales Experience
• Highly motivated sales person able to meet monthly sales quotas Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Familiarity with financial databases and CRM software (salesforce). Reporting Structure: Directly report to the CEO and Marketing Director.
