This is a COMMISSION ONLY and in-house position in California. You will be working from our office in North Hollywood, CA 91606 Must have 5 or more years in telecommunications/telemarketing experience or a DRE License. Job Summary/Objective: Seeking highly motivated sales persons in the real estate and mortgage industry. Looking for an account executive specializing in hard money, private money, and construction loans. Company will provide customized B2B leads, marketing material and help educate you on loan products. Location and Work Environment: As a nationwide private lender active in most states, you will have the opportunity to connect with a wide network of professionals and clients. Responsibilities : * Manage relationships and respond to leads generated from outbound sales campaigns. * Request borrower loan packages to submit to underwriting. * Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and relationship management. * Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the private lending industry. * Make outbound sales calls Qualifications and Requirements: * DRE and/or NMLS License OR 3 Years Telemarketing/Sales Experience * Highly motivated sales person able to meet monthly sales quotas Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage priorities. * Detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy and timeliness. * Familiarity with financial databases and CRM software (salesforce). Reporting Structure: Directly report to the CEO and Marketing Director.
