Job Overview Welcome to Triangle auto Mall where we are searching for someone to join our team and become a car salesman! Are you looking for flexible hours? Do you think experience in the car sales industry would benefit you? Are you ready to earn commission on each car that you sell? Then apply today! No experience required. 200+ commission for each car you sell, up to multiple cars a day. Quarterly raises and bonuses are also offered. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection. * Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and benefits. * Utilize software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress effectively. * Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including follow-up communications post-sale. * Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries. * Exhibit professionalism through effective phone etiquette during customer interactions. Requirements * Preferably speak some Spanish, or show willingness to communicate efficiently with Spanish speaking customers using translation apps or skills * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Ability to properly manage time * Proficiency in using software applications related to sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).
