About the Role As a Security Specialist , you will be the face of Security Monster, helping businesses and homeowners protect what matters most. Using a consultative sales approach, you will build strong relationships with new, existing, and former clients while delivering tailored security solutions based on their needs and budgets. Key Responsibilities * Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting and networking * Conduct initial consultations to assess client security needs * Gather site details using advanced software, including photos and key information * Collaborate with our engineering team to design tailored security solutions * Present proposals to clients, schedule product demonstrations, and close sales * Address customer concerns and overcome objections effectively * Maintain accurate records and updates in our CRM system * Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets What We 're Looking For The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with a strong passion for customer service and sales.
