Responsibilities

: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify real estate investment opportunities - Evaluate potential properties and assess their financial viability - Analyze property performance and make recommendations for improvements - Assist in the due diligence process, including preparing, reviewing contracts and legal documents - Collaborate with brokers, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate real estate transactions - Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and industry best practices Skills: - Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs - Sales skills to negotiate deals and secure favorable terms for clients - Knowledge of fair housing regulations to ensure compliance in all real estate transactions - Familiarity with real estate law to navigate legal requirements and protect clients' interests - Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed investment decisions - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse client populations - Administrative skills to manage paperwork, contracts, and other documentation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
