We are enabling customers to deploy thousands of cameras across the U.S. The team behind Coram AI comprises serial entrepreneurs and technology leaders who have spent more than a decade building self-driving cars at institutions like Stanford University, Oxford University, Zoox, and Lyft. * Team Founded by Ashesh (CEO) and Peter (CTO), we are serial entrepreneurs and experts in AI and robotics. Our engineering team comprises industry experts with decades of research and experience from Lyft, Google, Zoox, Toyota, Facebook, Microsoft, Stanford, Oxford, and Cornell. Our go-to-market team consists of experienced leaders from Verkada. We are venture-backed by 8VC, revenue-generating, and have multiple years of runway. * The role We are hiring a recruiter to help scale the sales team. This is an in-office position based in Sunnyvale, CA. * Source account executives, sales managers, and channel managers to build a solid hiring pipeline * Response for full cycle recruiting of AEs, from scouring, to screening, coordination, and closing. * Comfortable handling multiple go-to-market roles in parallel * Manage the ATS for the roles you are responsible for * Hire across our various offices: the Bay Area, Utah, and Arizona. * Requirements * Comfortable operating in a high-paced environment where the expectation is to close at least two candidates per month. * Comfortable carrying a quarterly hiring quota. * (Good to have) Experience with hiring account executives * Benefits * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * 401k (no matching) * Good equity ownership in the company * The pay range for this role is:* 110,000 - 180,000 USD per year(Sunnyvale)
