THE WHERE: Their headquarters is located in Denver, Colorado, with a hybrid work model (2-3 days in office per week) allowing employees the flexibility to work from home a few days a week while participating in on-site office days at their well-equipped and modern space. Some travel (approximately once per month) is required for client visits and industry events. THE HOW: There are three key strategic initiatives that this person will be initially tasked with: * Developing and implementing a strategic framework to enhance client interactions across corporate and regional teams * Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive a client-centric approach that aligns with company growth objectives * Building and executing targeted outbound strategies to penetrate named accounts while maximizing expansion opportunities within existing clients THE MUST HAVES: * sales to financial institutions * Strong track record of closing deals with contract values between $50,000-$300,000 in recurring ARR * Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles * Proven ability to engage and sell to C-suite and executive-level decision makers * Consultative selling approach with excellent relationship-building skills * Salesforce THE NUTS & BOLTS: * This role has an annual targeted base salary range of $90,000 - $130,000, with variable compensation from $120,000 - $160,000 (with uncapped commission potential).
