Description: We are seeking business driven and self motivated individuals looking to be part of one of the fastest growing industries in the United States. This is a full-time inside sales opportunity responsible for prospecting for new business, developing existing business, and identifying new growth opportunities across the U.S. Base pay ($37,440.00 per year), one of the best commission plans in the industry, holiday pay, and medical benefits available. Major Responsibilities: * Producing outbound sales calls to targeted customer classes with the objective of acquiring new accounts, growing existing accounts, and retaining existing accounts. * Demonstrate a strong ability to prospect via phone. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with your assigned group of customers. * Gather intel and actively listen to new and existing customers, fully understand their business, identify pain points and coincide them with what IPD can offer. * Other duties as assigned. Requirements: * High School Graduate or Equivalent. * Sales experience preferred. * Minimum of one year of previous cold calling/telemarketing/business-to-business sales preferred. * Excellent communication. * Proficient in using MS Office. * Personal drive and internal motivation to be the best at his/her profession. * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Ability to adapt to any situation with a willingness to take risks and try new approaches.
