MatchBox Candle Co., known for our high-quality, handcrafted candles and home fragrances, is seeking a dedicated Farmers Market Associate to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who loves community interaction and is enthusiastic about artisan products. Location: Colorado Springs (Other Areas Available!) Schedule: Every Saturday morning AND/OR Sunday morning

Key Responsibilities

:

• Set up and break down the booth at the farmers market each week.
• Engage with customers to sell products and promote our brand story and values.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Assist in managing product inventory and display to ensure a visually appealing presentation.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and product preferences.
• PART TIME In store hours also available!

Requirements

:

• Must be available to work on Weekends, early mornings
• Reliable Transportation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of physical activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for the duration of the market.
• Passionate about supporting local businesses and craftsmanship.
• Someone dependable and available EVERY WEEKEND DURING THE SUMMER We Offer:
