MatchBox Candle Co., known for our high-quality, handcrafted candles and home fragrances, is seeking a dedicated Farmers Market Associate to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who loves community interaction and is enthusiastic about artisan products. Location: Colorado Springs (Other Areas Available!) Schedule: Every Saturday morning AND/OR Sunday morning Key Responsibilities: * Set up and break down the booth at the farmers market each week. * Engage with customers to sell products and promote our brand story and values. * Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. * Assist in managing product inventory and display to ensure a visually appealing presentation. * Provide feedback on customer interactions and product preferences. * PART TIME In store hours also available! Requirements: * Must be available to work on Weekends, early mornings * Reliable Transportation * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Capable of physical activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for the duration of the market. * Passionate about supporting local businesses and craftsmanship. * Someone dependable and available EVERY WEEKEND DURING THE SUMMER We Offer: * Starting pay of $18.00 per hour, PLUS sales incentives * Free product for trading or bartering * A supportive and engaging work environment. * An opportunity to become an integral part of our community presence and growth. * We provide everything, we just need you!
