Job Description Our Sales Lead Generator is responsible for generating leads for the company. This will include, but will not be limited to: reaching out to potential customers in a Bj's Wholesale Club while they are shopping, preparing sales packets, recording their information and making appointments while in the store. Job Duties * Be punctual and reliable when scheduled to work * Be clean and well dressed to represent Amazing HVAC properly * Ability to work independently and drive for company goals * Comfort in reaching out to people walking through a store and offering our services in a friendly manner * Minor ability to use a cell phone and potentially make appointments using an electronic calendar. Document information provided by potential customers. * You MUST take the personality assessment to considered for the position on a computer, not a mobile device. Job experience that is preferred but not required * HVAC industry related sales experience or knowledge * Experience and trained in the residential replacement and add-on sales market * Experience on the estimating of forced air heat and cooling systems, as well as hot water and steam heating systems.
