Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Garage Door Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous garage door experience as a field tech, sales rep, or manager. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Duties

• Diagnose issues with garage door systems and provide effective solutions.
• Handle paperwork related to garage door services rendered and completed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Educate customers on proper maintenance practices for their garage door systems.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques related to garage door technology.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in garage door installation, sales or management is highly preferred but not required; some training may be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Sales experience is a plus, as you may be required to promote additional services or products.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
