We're looking for an Outdoor Living Guide to lead clients through the design and sales process for luxury outdoor spaces. What You'll Do * Engage with prospective clients to understand their outdoor living goals * Conduct site evaluations, assess project feasibility, and document site conditions * Create and deliver project proposals using One Click Contractor * Collaborate with the Outdoor Living Designer to ensure proposals are feasible and aligned with budgets * Conduct in-person proposal presentations * Secure necessary surveys and approvals before project commencement * Provide detailed project information to the Sales Assistant after contract signing * Maintain accurate project records in Buildertrend and Pipedrive * Represent Solid Structures at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements * Support marketing efforts by sourcing client testimonials and content ideas What We're Looking For * 2+ years of experience in construction sales, outdoor living sales, or design/build project management * Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and estimating * Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and follow-through focused * Proficient with CRM/project management tools (Buildertrend, Pipedrive, etc.) * Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and measurements * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Positive attitude and a passion for creating incredible outdoor spaces Our Core Values * We F*cking Care about our work, our team, and our clients * We Are Professionals reliable, respectful, and committed to quality * We Have Fun because great work happens when people enjoy their jobs * We Are Always Learning growth mindset, always improving * We Win as a Team because success is shared Schedule * Monday through Thursday, standard business hours * Some flexibility required based on client meetings and site visits What's In It For You * Commission-based pay structure.
