Our phone team plays a crucial role in helping families book the portrait sessions of their dreams and you could be the next voice they hear. Position Overview This is a phone-based sales and appointment setting role where you'll work warm leads families who've already expressed interest and are waiting for a call from us. You'll follow a tested, high-converting script and guide potential clients toward booking their session with excitement and confidence. This role is all about energy, connection, and closing. You'll be expected to meet specific call and booking targets daily and weekly. If you're goal- oriented and love being rewarded for performance, this is the job for you. All work is in-person at our Colorado Springs studio. This is not a remote position.
