Job Description

seeking a Marketing Specialist who is a hard-working, self-motivated team player with excellent writing skills, keen attention to detail, and a high level of organization. Working within our existing brand, the Marketing Specialist will assist with the coordination and production of proposals and marketing collateral, including writing, editing/proofreading, and layout.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, including engaging internal and external team members to obtain information to develop proposal content.
• Layout of digital and printed packages, including qualifications, proposals, presentations, and award submissions.
• Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Maintenance of marketing collateral, including project descriptions, staff resumes, and digital images/photography. Required Skills
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize, self-schedule, and be detail and deadline oriented.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience, Education And Certification
• BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related combination of education and experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
