Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our outside sales team. In this management role, you will oversee a group of motivated sales representatives , support their growth, and drive performance across your market. This opportunity is ideal for a manager who understands how to lead from the front, develop talent, and build strong, accountable teams. Experience in sales and leadership is essential, and a background in solar or door- to-door sales is highly preferred. What You 'll Be Responsible For:

• Managing a team of sales representatives across your assigned market
• Providing ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership in the field
• Running team huddles, performance check-ins, and pipeline reviews
• Collaborating with upper management on strategy and goal setting
• Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and retention of new sales team members
• Tracking key performance metrics and improving overall team production What We 're Looking For:
• Previous experience as a sales manager or in a leadership role within sales
• Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
• Ability to coach and develop both new and experienced sales representatives
• A proactive mindset and commitment to performance-driven results

Compensation

: This is a commission-only role that includes substantial team override pay. Your income will directly reflect your leadership impact and the performance of your team.
