Job Title: Solar Appointment Setter Company: Phoenix Valley Solar Location: Remote - Hybrid Job Type: Part-Time (3 hours/day)

Compensation

:

• Base Pay: $250 per week
• Generous Commission: Earn per closed appointment
• Potential Monthly Earnings: $6,000+ Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound calls to past clients
• Educate homeowners about solar programs
• Schedule appointments for home solar consultations What We Offer:

Requirements

:

• Must live in Maricopa County
• Outbound call center sales experience
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently from home
• Memorization skills
• Previous experience in sales or solar is a plus but not required

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Excellent negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM software
