As the Flower Wholesale Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and procurement operations of our flower wholesale business. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient sourcing and distribution of high-quality flowers to our valued customers. This ia a leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the flower industry, strong sales acumen, and exceptional managerial skills.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
• Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing flowers from various suppliers
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers to expand product offerings
• Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve goals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform decision- making.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing waste
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer demands

Requirements

:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the flower industry, with a focus on wholesale operations
• Proven track record in sales and procurement
• In-depth knowledge of the flower market, including industry trends and supplier networks
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
