Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting cold leads to converting referrals and warm leads.
• Convert one-time clients into loyal, repeat customers by promoting memberships.
• Lead whitening services as the primary specialist in your studio.
• Track performance metrics, hold yourself accountable, and consistently meet targets. Core

Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue

• Drive both treatment and product sales.
• Promote memberships to boost customer retention and lifetime value.
• Generate new business and attract new customers to the studio. Client Experience
• Proactively handle customer concerns and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Educate clients on the benefits of our services and products. Operations
• Maintain a well-organized, high-performing studio environment.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage your responsibilities with an ownership mindset. Who This Role Is For
• 2+ years of sales experience, particularly in membership-based or direct-to-consumer industries.
• A proven track record of generating revenue and strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative without needing constant guidance.
• Highly accountable, open to feedback, and able to adapt quickly.
• Comfortable working a consistent schedule, including weekends and select holidays. Personality Profile
