Retail Sales Associate

Compensation

: $18 - $20 per hour + commission Employment Type: Full-time Location: In-store retail setting We are looking for motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our team! This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, have a passion for technology, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

:

  • Engage with customers in a retail setting to understand their mobile communication needs
  • Assist customers with selecting the best phone plans, upgrades, and new activations
  • Explain product features, promotions, and service options in a clear and professional manner
  • Process transactions, ensuring accuracy and a seamless customer experience
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through product knowledge and customer engagement
  • Work as part of a team to drive overall store performance
Qualifications
