Description: This is an Outside Sales Position with a primary focus of selling and supporting our Distributor, Contractor, Engineer and Manufacturer partners in the Plumbing, HVAC and Water Treatment Industries. This position will be remote out of St. Louis, MO. There may be occasional travel to the corporate office located in Ramsey, MN. Duties/Responsibilities: * Manage relationships with current and potential Wholesalers, Engineers, and Contractors * Delivering articulate presentations to customers regarding the products we represent is crucial. This includes learning and explaining the technical aspects of the products we sell. * Periodically prepares and reports results, the status of accounts, and leads to the manager. * Collaborate with other departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly. * Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent sales and negotiation skills. * Thorough understanding of technical products to be sold. * Organized with attention to detail. * Being a reliable and great teammate is important in this role and in this company. We ask that you be a humble person who understands that the team will always come before the individual. * Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: * High School diploma. * Five (5) years of experience. * Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field preferred. Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. * 50-75% travelling to meet with clients or potential clients will be required.
