Responsibilities * Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction. * Cultivate sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools. * Meet personal and team sales targets for exceptional service. * Address customer complaints, offering timely solutions and alternatives within specified time limits; follow up to ensure resolution before installations are complete. * Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents. * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. * Go the extra mile to engage customers proactively. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities * Track record of exceeding quota. * Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening. * Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
