Why work for Morris Business Solutions: * Supportive and motivational team with a family style environment * Competitive benefits including 401K with company match * Generous bonus and raise-based on performance * We are a growing company with plenty of room for career growth * All-inclusive annual trip for top employees What your responsibilities will be: * Use outbound sales strategies to generate leads and create relationships with organizations like hospitals, universities, manufacturing companies, or small and medium sized businesses. * Identify the needs of customers and market technology products, office equipment and services. * Develop and manage a territory plan to see new leads and current customers * Research and consult leads from tradeshows, direct inquiry and cold calls * Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies * Demonstrate equipment and services to customers on-site or in our offices, providing them with a high-level of service in answering their questions. * Maintain and track your sales efforts - this will require a solid understanding of the sales cycle and managing a pipeline effectively. What you need to succeed: * Proven track record in territory sales. Experience in technology solutions a plus * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Competitive nature and a strong desire to win * Ability to build and maintain relationships and influence decision-makers * Strong PC skills and ability to learn new software quickly * Experience in Microsoft Office products * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation and benefits: We offer a competitive salary plus a lucrative commission and bonus structure.
