WHA Insurance is looking to hire a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent to provide exemplary customer service and partner with other team members to cross-sell, team-sell, and round out accounts. While this position will lean toward sales and sales functions, some account servicing will be required. * Wage negatable based on industry knowledge and experience. Key Responsibilities * Round out existing accounts, gain referrals, and follow up on company-provided leads. * Explain policy types and coverages to insureds and prospects. * Service existing customers and processing new insurance applications. * Process policy renewals and issue certifications as needed or requested. * Review quotes, policies, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness. * Prepare sales information for customers such as proposals and policy summaries. * General account maintenance and data management. Qualifications * Current Property & Causality License in Oregon * Experience in sales and/or customer service in the insurance industry * Cold calling experience or other similar sales activity experience * Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite products * High school degree required Work Location: In person
