We're now looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help us expand our client base and grow our project pipeline. Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and closing renovation contracts. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential for driven, goal-oriented individuals. Duties * Prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and social media. * Meet with homeowners to understand their renovation needs and present our services. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and estimates. * Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales cycle. * Collaborate with our project managers and estimators to ensure smooth job transitions. * Maintain records of client interactions, proposals, and deals using CRM tools (if applicable). Qualifications * Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Basic cash handling experience is desirable. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction. * Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques to enhance customer interactions.
