Full-Time Tele-Sales Representative - Environment Control in Colorado Springs Excellent Growth Opportunity to learn Sales from the ground up! Hourly wage + Commission $19.00-$21.00 DOE Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the janitorial industry. Present and promote our comprehensive range of janitorial solutions and services. Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication. Utilize a scripted sales pitch to articulate product features and benefits. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive selling. Requirements: Proven experience in telemarketing or tele-sales, preferably in the janitorial or related industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate product information clearly. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Basic knowledge of janitorial products and services. Proficient in using CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records.
