Beyond TalentEdge has partnered with a local company in search of a Sales Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! Responsibilities: * Send out pre-formatted bid request emails for projects * Manage and track bid submissions via Outlook and internal systems * Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to follow up on bids and gather information * Maintain organized records of bid communications and responses * Communicate effectively via email and phone with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams * Utilize technology efficiently to manage workflow and track bid progress * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirement Qualifications: * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general computer skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls professionally * Highly organized with attention to detail * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Salary & Schedule: * $16 per hour * Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm "Beyond TalentEdge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
