Inside Sales Representative Guaranteed Supply Company, a third generation, family-owned leading distributor of construction materials in the southeast, is seeking a talented inside/counter sales representatives to join our team at our Greensboro, NC location! No prior experience needed, come with a positive attitude and we will train you! Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Compensation: $16-17/hr + quarterly commissions program Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Greet and assist walk-in customers with their purchases * Receive purchase orders in-person, via phone and email * Enter purchase orders into the system to create tickets and invoices * Work closely with the warehouse team to provide customers with timely service * Follow up on quote requests and purchase orders as needed * Route new opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure * Help keep the showroom stocked and neatly organized Experience and Skill Requirements * Counter sales experience preferred but not required * Prior experience in customer service preferred * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively * Bilingual a plus Benefits 401k with company matching, profit sharing plan, major medical insurance with optional family coverage, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance, supplemental life insurance, educational reimbursement, paid holidays, PTO, sick pay, Christmas bonus, and more!
