About the Role We are seeking a technically skilled Solutions Engineer to lead customer implementation projects and ensure seamless integration of AI-driven systems into client workflows. This role combines technical implementation, project management, QA, and support triage, offering the opportunity to work hands-on with advanced AI technology in a fast-moving, product-driven environment. Responsibilities * Own end-to-end customer implementations, managing project plans, integration workflows, and go-live activities. * Configure system integrations and ensure that agentic AI solutions are tailored to client-specific needs. * Proactively identify adoption risks and develop mitigation strategies to drive successful deployments. * Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer success teams to align technical execution with product development priorities. * Provide technical onboarding and training to customer teams, ensuring high confidence and adoption rates. * Serve as a first line of technical triage for support issues, escalating and documenting bugs when necessary. * Lead quality assurance testing for new feature releases and prepare detailed release documentation and customer-facing best practices.
