We are currently seeking an experienced top-performing Used Car Sales Manager to work with an exceptional Dealership in the Mobile Area. The ideal candidate will possess great confidence, interpersonal skills, the ability to work as an integral part of our sales team, and the desire to exceed our client's expectations. Responsibilities: * Be a leader & provide the focus for your Sales team * Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process * Build rapport with customers to establish customer network * Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals * Help manage the productivity of the sales department * Facilitate regular sales training to continue team growth Qualifications: * 2+ years of dealership sales experience is required. * Prior automotive sales management experience is a plus. * A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service, self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
