RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. * Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. * Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. QUALIFICATIONS: * Exceptional Organizational and time management skills * Ability to quickly adapt to multiple platforms in State Farm systems * Ability to multi-task and keep accurate records, set follow up tasks, complete tasks daily, weekly, monthly. * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally by phone, email, texting and virtually * Understanding of insurance marketplace, insurance licensing is preferred. * Exceptional skill at setting, confirming and preparing agents for appointments * Exceptional technical skills: Keyboarding, operating multiple line phones system * Motivated by goal oriented, high energy, fast paced, team environment. * Bilingual Spanish BENEFITS: * Hourly pay plus commission/bonus * Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) * Health and dental benefits * Retirement plan * Group life insurance * Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office
