Overview Local family-owned passenger transportation company is seeking a highly motivated Administrative/Data Entry Assistance to help with our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships and helping us to develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals. This position requires a blend of inside sales skills, administrative/data entry work, as well as phone and email communication. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their transportation needs. * Assist with developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Engage in inside sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up. * Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient service and smooth operations. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications * Experience in transportation sales or related fields is preferred, but no required. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite. * Flexible and dependable. * Professional demeanor.
