The Liquor Store 7715 Dublin Blvd Colorado Springs, CO 80923 Sales Associate - Full-Time Positions Available We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and responsible Lead Cashier who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities in our busy liquor store. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers and deliver the highest level of customer service. * Assist customers in finding products and making selections. * Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register. * Stock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. * Train, supervise, and schedule cashier staff. * Step in as shift leader when management is not present. * Handle daily cash reconciliation and end-of-shift reporting. * Resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth store operations. * Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments when needed. Requirements: * Must be 21 years of age or older. * Minimum 1 year of retail experience required (liquor/store retail preferred). * Proven cash-handling experience with excellent accuracy. * Strong computer skills (POS systems, basic Excel/Google Sheets, scheduling software). * Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (preferably supervising cashiers or front-end teams). * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to lead by example. * Verifiable professional references required. * Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable. * All standard cashier physical requirements: * Able to lift 50+ pounds and physically bend, stoop, lift, climb, carry, walk, and reach frequently. * Able to spend up to 100% of shift standing or moving around the store. * Excellent verbal communication, basic math, and reading skills. * Flexible availability - must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. * Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.
