Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while analyzing their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and the ability to market various insurance products effectively. Duties * Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and answer any questions. * Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details. * Market insurance products through various channels, including networking events and community outreach. * Provide ongoing benefits administration support to clients, ensuring they understand their coverage options. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. * Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable products. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to negotiate effectively with clients to close sales. * Experience in outside sales is a plus. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing client accounts.
