Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Wireless Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for sales within a grocery store environment. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store. * Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product features and benefits to enhance the customer shopping experience. * Process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures and retail math skills. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing to encourage sales. * Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and stock areas. * Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Experience * Previous experience in retail or grocery store settings is preferred but not required. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience. * Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and processing transactions effectively. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
