Job Description

: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product Support Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, promoting our range of forklift and related products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide technical support and product information to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate forklift service, rental and parts solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals for forklift service, rental and parts solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales or customer support, preferably in the forklift or material handling industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of forklift products and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
