Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated drain technician with plumbing skill and knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial plumbing, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation, and repair. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential. Responsibilities * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. * Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems. * Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using appropriate tools. * Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections to prevent leaks. * Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. * Collaborate with other plumber professionals on-site to ensure project completion. * Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally. Requirements * At least two years of proven experience as a plumber * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems. * Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. * Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. * Capability for heavy lifting, at least 50 pounds, as required during installation processes. * Valid commercial driving license is preferred for transportation of materials. * Familiarity with remodeling projects is advantageous. * Excellent problem-solving skills, reliable, strong work ethic, honest, KIND, with a strong attention to detail.
