Provide personalized policy recommendations that align with their goals and protection priorities. * Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets through proactive outreach, effective cross-selling, and strong relationship-building strategies. * Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships by providing exceptional post-sale service, conducting regular coverage reviews, and recommending policy updates as life and business needs evolve. * Industry Expertise: Stay current with insurance industry trends, product updates, and Colorado state regulations to ensure clients receive the most informed and competitive solutions available. * Team Collaboration: Partner with teammates and leadership to implement sales strategies, share insights, and contribute to a supportive, results-driven office culture. * Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of client communications, quotes, policy changes, and transactions to ensure compliance and support ongoing client service. Requirements Licensing: Possess an active Colorado Property & Casualty License or willing to obtain. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in insurance sales or a similar field. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-Focused: A dedication to understanding and meeting client needs. Adaptability: Proficiency in adapting to a hybrid work model, balancing remote tasks and in-office work effectively. Team Engagement: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, with an inviting demeanor to facilitate open communication.
