What You'll Do

:

• Be the first point of contact for customers--both in person and over the phone.
• Educate clients on our premium window tint, paint protection, vinyl wraps, and detailing services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions --upsell where possible!
• Manage appointments, follow up on leads, and close sales to maximize shop revenue.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to purchase.
