Job description About ManageGO ([please apply online] Headquartered in the Bushwick area of Brooklyn, NY, ManageGo is an innovator in Real Estate Management Software & Property Technology or 'Proptech'. ManageGo provides a suite of cloud based solutions that are essential to real estate management companies, their staff and the residents of their communities/buildings. Delivering innovative features that help make our customers' lives easier, while enhancing their resident's experience. We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive with at least 2+ years of SaaS/B2B sales experience to join our growing PropTech company. This is a full-time, in-office role with hands-on training and opportunities for growth. This candidate will work closely with senior sales staff, receive hands-on training, learn our industry to conduct client research, identify qualified leads and build out relationships. The ideal candidate for this position is confident, ambitious, outgoing, and motivated to demonstrate their potential. Position: * Full Time - Base Salary Range from $65,000.00 - $120,000 Based on Experience + Commission Paid Quarterly * Generous benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision and matched 401(k) Plans. Responsibilities: * Maintaining and updating sales database, coordinating and executing outreach strategies. * Outbound B2B prospecting methodologies and connecting with prospects to build a qualified lead pipeline. * Identify qualified decision makers and current technologies utilized by Property Management Companies. * Generate interest through networking, outbound email, phone, and social media campaigns as well as occasional travel to industry events or client meetings. * Actively scheduling demo's, meetings, presenting our product to executives or decision makers. * Conduct qualifying calls and speak knowledgeably with decision makers such as C-Suite, VPs, and Directors. * Contribute to overall team success - work hard, play hard, create your own success and have fun! About You: * Requires at minimum 2 years in SaaS Sales or Tech B2B. * Highly organized, quick learner, efficient with attention to detail and a drive to succeed. * A "People person" with sales ability that shows exceptional effort. Self-motivation coupled with customer speaking skills is a winning combination. * Working as an individual while being a great contributor to team culture and camaraderie * Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a willingness to be coached. * Proven track record of success with the ability to step out of your comfort zone to overcome obstacles and achieve results. * Tech savvy and a working knowledge of CRM platforms. Extra Awesome if you have: * Any prior PropTech sales experience. * Knowledge of Proptech Systems (Yardi, MRI, Realpage, Appfolio) * Experience using systems similar to Salesforce, PipeDrive, Outreach, Zoominfo, Apollo.
