This is a full-time position with performance-based compensation. Essential Responsibilities: * Embrace company's core values: Teamwork, Integrity, Drive, and Personal Improvement * Greet customers in a friendly and timely manor * Obtain all customer and vehicle information including payoff * Work within a sales process * Be proficient with Vehicle options and technology * Present and negotiate sales terms * Obtain titles and lien releases from customers and miscellaneous banks * Maintain a professional appearance * Prospect database of Finance and Lease customers * Other duties as requested by management Ability to multitask and perform job duties without direct supervision Valid New York State driver's license Team Player with positive attitude
