Job Summary STJ Fasteners Inc. are representative office of Northern America. We have three manufactures plant in Tianjin, Rizhao and Taiwan. We have been producing 25000 tons Nails and 12000 tons Staples in last year. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in Fasteners industry. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Built business with Fasteners products distributor ,Construction company. * Maintain stock levels and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing. * Assist in supervising team members to ensure adherence to store policies and procedures. * Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and pricing accuracy. * Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience. Skills * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and managing inventory. * Experience with fasteners products sales. * Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus for effective stock management. * Ability to supervise others, fostering a positive work environment while meeting sales objectives. * A commitment to delivering excellent customer service in every interaction.
