Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities - Greet customers and provide them with product information and assistance - Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Requirements - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently and effectively - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is desirable - Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, etc. - Proficient in English language (verbal and written) - Ability to lift and move stock as needed Join our team of dedicated Retail Sales Associates and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
