Your role involves going door-to-door, introducing homeowners to our pest control services , and explaining how our solutions can enhance the safety and comfort of their homes. You'll have engaging conversations right at their doorstep or in their homes , educate potential clients, and demonstrate the true value of our offerings. By building trust quickly, you 'll turn brief interactions into lasting customer relationships --often in just 10 minutes! We offer industry-leading training that includes one-on-one field coaching, effective sales scripts, and a mix of online and in-person sessions to help you excel. Our pay structure is highly competitive, including commissions, bonuses, raises, and profit-sharing opportunities. * Key Responsibilities: * Connect with homeowners through door-to-door sales to present our pest control services. * Work during late afternoons and evenings to align with homeowner availability. * Commit to a seasonal schedule (April to September) or a timeline that fits your situation. * Participate in daily sales training and team meetings to keep your skills sharp. * Deliver exceptional follow-up and maintain a high standard of customer service. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. * What We 're Looking For: * No sales experience needed!
