Overview

: What You 'll Do as a Sales Consultant As an Entry-Level Pest Control Sales Consultant, you 'll be a key player in our field sales team. Your role involves going door-to-door, introducing homeowners to our pest control services , and explaining how our solutions can enhance the safety and comfort of their homes. You'll have engaging conversations right at their doorstep or in their homes , educate potential clients, and demonstrate the true value of our offerings. By building trust quickly, you 'll turn brief interactions into lasting customer relationships --often in just 10 minutes! We offer industry-leading training that includes one-on-one field coaching, effective sales scripts, and a mix of online and in-person sessions to help you excel. Our pay structure is highly competitive, including commissions, bonuses, raises, and profit-sharing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Connect with homeowners through door-to-door sales to present our pest control services.
• Work during late afternoons and evenings to align with homeowner availability.
• Commit to a seasonal schedule (April to September) or a timeline that fits your situation.
• Participate in daily sales training and team meetings to keep your skills sharp.
• Deliver exceptional follow-up and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• What We 're Looking For:
• No sales experience needed! We provide all the training you 'll need--though prior experience is a plus.
• Ideal for entry-level candidates, including recent high school grads and college students.
• Comfortable while handling rejection and turning it into opportunity.
• Full-time availability (9-hour shifts) from April through September.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply, but it's not required.
• A readiness to complete sales training and learn our sales scripts.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Must have a valid driver 's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

Package: Our sales consultants typically earn $55,000 to $70,000 per season , combining commissions, bonuses, and profit-sharing.
