The Opportunity This is a full-time direct sales opportunity(D2D) that allows you to be a part of the Bates team while representing Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions , a well-respected commercial fryer cleaning company of the surrounding area. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be proactively selling Filta's services, to commercial establishments. You will be working with a team led by an experienced Field Manager. At Filta, you are provided with an opportunity to both make money AND become an expert in sales, marketing and customer relations. Our focus is helping our dedicated staff rise to the next level, not just professionally, but also personally and financially -- all while being part of a no-negativity team all focused on one thing: levelling up. A Field Sales Representative's duties and responsibilities include: * Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients * Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients * Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients * Monitoring competitors' sales activities * Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets * Cold calling potential clients, * Coordinating sales efforts with other departments * Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities Qualifications: We are looking for a self-motivated individual to serve as our Field Sales Representative. Persistent and tenacious with phenomenal follow-up skills. Strong computer skills - MS Office, database management, etc. Ability to work independently without close supervision. Proven experience in outside sales, services industry, account management, or business development. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
