This position is available in Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, Parker, Denver, Aurora, and surrounding areas of Colorado. The brokerage statistics speak for themselves. * This is an 1099 Independent Contractor position for licensed real estate agents and is 100% commission based. There is no income limit to those who put in the work, are willing to learn, and put proven systems into practice. Position Overview: We welcome enthusiastic and energetic real estate agents who will work diligently with high-quality buyer leads provided by our team, be motived to use their creativity to generate their own leads, and successfully close transactions while giving our clients a 5-star experience. Zero monthly brokerage fees, zero brokerage split, generous team splits. Free training and continuing education through classes offered at Compass. Our team works with clients in Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, Parker, Denver, and surrounding areas and will provide leads to you in your designated area. This is a remote job, however, Compass does have brokerage offices for your use where you can also print high-quality marketing materials at no cost, and we will meet at their DTC office for team and brokerage meetings once per month. Key Responsibilities: * Consistently engage daily with potential clients via phone, email, text and social media to generate and nurture leads. * Identify potential buyers and provide tailored guidance on properties that fit their needs and budget. Make your own schedule but be willing to show properties on evenings and weekends as needed to meet client schedules. * Prepare and manage documents such as contracts, addendum, and disclosures to keep clients informed and ensure smooth transactions. * Conduct open houses to connect with prospective buyers and showcase team listings. Host at least one open house per month on a Saturday or Sunday. * Act as the main liaison between buyers, sellers and agents in a transaction, facilitating effective communication and a smooth experience for our clients. * Collaborate with other team members to share strategies and achieve shared goals. * Maintain weekly accountability with the team lead. * Be willing to assist other team members with showings or other tasks as needed when they are unavailable (this is reciprocal!). Position Requirements: * Active and clean Colorado real estate license * Work some weekends as needed for client schedules and open houses * Willing to master conversion conversations * Be coachable and implement learning * Must have knowledge of homes & communities in your designated area (other surrounding areas is a plus) * Maintain E&O insurance * Access to your local MLS and CTM eContracts * 1-2 years experience preferred but not required * Valid U.S. driver's license * High school diploma or equivalent * Attend Compass brokerage meeting and team meeting once per month Choose Savvy Property Group! * Be part of a supportive and collaborative team culture - no drama! * Small team atmosphere - you won't get lost in the crowd! * Have access to quality leads and resources to assist you in your success. * Business cards, yard signs, lockboxes, and team/agent printed marketing materials provided. * Full access to Compass' $1.5B tech platform where you can quickly and easily create social media posts, flyers, CMA's, and countless other marketing tools to help you build your business. * CRM provided to keep your leads organized. * Mentoring provided by Kathi Donivan and backed by Compass for professional growth and advancement.
