This position offers excellent earning potential and room for career advancement. *Essentials Duties & Responsibilities: * Proactively reach out to prospective customers within the designated market area through phone calls and other communication channels. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Understand and promote our products or services to potential clients. * Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals. * Document lead information accurately, process and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. Candidate Requirements: * Previous experience in lead qualification, telemarketing, or inside sales is required. * Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers. * Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets * Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check.
