What You 'll Be Doing: As a Sales Representative at KeyGlee, you'll act as the bridge between motivated sellers and eager investors. You'll sharpen your negotiation skills, develop long-term client relationships, and play a vital role in closing successful real estate transactions. * Negotiate property deals and contract terms with confidence * Build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships * Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic outreach * Monitor performance metrics and continuously aim for improvement * Contribute to a team culture that celebrates wins and supports growth Work Schedule: * Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 2:30pm Job Requirements: * Previous sales experience * Proficiency with basic computer applications * Strong phone communication skills * Positive attitude and self-motivated drive to succeed Benefits: * Full-time career with room for growth * Weekly pay * Supportive and caring management that mentors you * Positive, team-oriented culture that values hard work * Clean, drug-free workplace Pay Structure: * 1099 Contractor * 2 months of paid training at $750/week. * After training, base pay changes to commission only. * High commission potential ranging from 25%-30% per deal. * We'll review the commission structure in full during your interview.
